Humbird Man Arrested for 5th OWI

-A Humbird man was arrested for his 5th OWI after authorities discovered his vehicle in a ditch.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, on Saturday night, just before 9:30pm, they found a vehicle crashed on County Highway F south of Merrillan. The owner of the vehicle was identified as 53-year-old Christopher Fawcett. They found Fawcett at his home.
After field sobriety tests and a breath test was administered, it was determined that Fawcett had been operating while intoxicated and he was arrested.
