The CWIRA held their 3rd event of the season Sunday on Lake Altoona as part of CCF Bank's Winterfest and Games. (Results below).
The CWIRA series continues this weekend with their Kold Kutter Clash Mid Season Championship, one of their most popular events among spectators. The Kold Kutter Clash is set to take place on Lake Tomah/Winnebago Park in Tomah this Sunday (Feb. 5th). Sign up is from 8 to 9 am with races beginning at 11:00.
The WIRCS was forced to cancel their Under The Lights event scheduled for last Saturday night on Lake Altoona due to concerns over ice safety. The folks at the WIRCS were able to secure another location for their 3rd event of the year on Lake Menomonie. (Results below)
Sunday, a limited number of WIRCS racers were able to compete at the Wausau 525. Top finishers from the 525 were Dylan Schmidt, Zack Raab and Trey Johnson.
The WIRCS continues their season this weekend with a double header on Lake Menomonie with point races on both Saturday and Suday. Time schedule for both days begins with sign up from 8 - 10 am with hotlaps starting at 9. Races to begin at 11:00. Sunday the Waterfront Bar and Grill, located on the lake, will have live music starting at 3:00.
