Thorp NHS Students Give Back to the Community

Some Thorp NHS students recently gave back to the community.

According to Thorp National Honor Society Advisor Tricia Rhyner, “On May 8th, five Thorp High School National Honor Society Members volunteered to work at the Indianhead Area, Region 3, Track and Field Meet held at Chippewa Falls High School. While volunteering NHS members were asked to stage runners, time and measure events and provide lots of cheering and support to the Special Olympic event participants."

"This year, making this even more exciting, our NHS members were able to cheer on one of their own THS peers who participated in the event.”
