Greenwood City Council Discusses Street Project

-The Greenwood City Council discussed a street project at their meeting last week.The council decided to have the City Engineer put a plan together for the East and West Begley Street project and they received four applications for the wastewater operator position with the intention of interviewing all four.
They also passed budget resolution 1-17 increasing revenues by $230,000.00 and increasing general capital expenditures by $230,000.00 for money borrowed for the 2016 street projects. They also approved employee handbook changes.
