Thorp 7th Graders Learn About Earth Changes With Cookie Island

Mrs. Schneider’s 7th grade science class in Thorp just ended their Slow and Rapid Changes to Earth Unit with an edible landform project.

Students worked in groups to create different landforms on a cookie cake called "Cookie Island."

They demonstrated a variety of landforms, such as isthmus, plateau, meander, plain, and much more.
