Greenwood School Board Approves Several Items

-The Greenwood School Board approved several items at their meeting on Monday.In regards to finance, the board will maintain the current level of umbrella liability insurance coverage and approved the payment of the 2015-16 SPED agreement cost with Thorp. In regards to policy, the WASB Delegate directions were discussed, the board approved a 3-year cycle for volunteer background checks and the Co-Curricular Committee will begin a 3-year review of Co-Curricular policy/handbook in February.
The board also approved no limits on incoming Open Enrollment students for 2017-18 and a Technology Education Department Open House is scheduled for Tuesday January 24th from 5:00-7:00 pm and the Public is invited. Finally, it was stated that a review/revision of district jobs will begin in February.
