Withee City Council Reviews Water Rate Increase

-The Withee City Council reviewed a couple items at their meeting on Monday.They reviewed the water rate increase which will go into effect March 6th and reviewed year end payroll and 2017 wage and benefit schedule.
They also approved an operator's license and tax check overpayments to be refunded to residents.
