Loyal Man Facing Child Pornography Charges Appears in Clark County Court

-A Loyal man facing charges of possession of child pornography appeared in Clark County Court on Monday.According to court records, 61-year-old Robin Peterson was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home on November 22nd. Investigators seized cell phones, computers and almost 400 CDs with sexually explicit material involving teen and pre-teen girls.
Peterson appeared in court on Monday for a motion hearing. His motion for bond modification was denied and he requested a substitution of judge. He’s facing 10 counts of possessing child pornography and if convicted and sentenced to the maximum amount, he could spend 250 years in prison. He’ll be back in court next month.
