Marshfield Man Facing Battery Charges Has Trial Scheduled for February

-A Marshfield man facing battery charges has a trial scheduled for February.According to court records, 30-year-old Dustine Mayhone was arrested on August 29th near the Wildwood Park’s Upper Pond after he broke a no contact order and threatened a woman with a knife. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were also discovered after he was arrested.
Mayhone has been charged with battery, strangulation, disorderly conduct, possession of heroin and violating a no contact order. He’s currently in custody in the Wood County Jail.
