Marshfield Teen Charged with Sexual Assault Appears in Court for Preliminary Hearing

-A Marshfield teen charged with sexual assault will have his court proceedings continue.17-year-old Zachary Noll has been charged with sexual assault of a child, child enticement and intimating a victim. According to court records, Noll allegedly assaulted an 8-year-old girl. The girl said that Noll told her he would kill her if she told anyone.
Noll stated that no misconduct occurred and the girl’s mother is just trying to start drama. Noll appeared in court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. Probable cause was found and he’ll be back in court in mid-January.
