Clark County Forestry and Parks Department Encourages Riders to Stay Off County Trails for Now

-Recent warm temperatures and precipitation have worsened trail conditions and caused several wet and slippery spots in Clark County.ATV and Snowmobile Trails located on Clark County Public Land will remain open but riders are encouraged to stay off for the time being to allow for trail conditions to improve. Excessive riding in weather above freezing is also discouraged so please monitor future temperatures carefully. ATV and Snowmobile Trails located on private lands will remain closed until further notice.
Please note that UTV’s are not allowed on the Clark County ATV Trail system during the winter months (November 1- May 14). Clark County trails are subject to periodic closure; for updates on recent closures and/or openings please contact the Forestry and Parks Department.
