Marshfield Man Arrested During Crimes Against Children Operation

-The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department, Wausau Police Department, Everest Metro Police Department and Spencer Police Department organized a local task force team to conduct an Internet Crimes against Children Operation called KG-4 Initiative.This operation was conducted on December 9th out of the High Tech Crimes Unit located at the Sheriff’s Office. Three people were arrested in the initiative including 23-year-old Lynn Davison of Marshfield. All three arranged to meet a fifteen year old for sex acts and charges have been filed with the Marathon County District Attorney.
The ICAC program and its operations were developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the Internet, the proliferation of child pornography, and heightened online activity by predators seeking unsupervised contact with potential underage victims.
