Black River Falls Man Arrested for 6th OWI

-A Black River fall man was arrested for his 6th OWI.According to deputies, 40-year-old Lucas Shankey was arrested after the department received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road K southeast of Merillan around 6am on Monday. Shankey was walking away from the vehicle. After determining the vehicle belonged to him, a breath test was administered and he was arrested for OWI.
