Red Cross Blood Drive in Thorp Today

-This holiday season, the American Red Cross is reminding the public that the need for blood doesn’t pause.While many are celebrating the holidays with family and friends, patients in hospitals are still relying on blood products. The American Red Cross urges eligible donors to give the lifesaving gift of a blood donation in December, a time when donations decline but the needs of patients remain steady.
There are several blood drives happening including today at the Thorp Fire and Ambulance District Station from 11am-5pm. There’s another Thursday, December 22nd at OEM Fabricators in Neillsville from 11am-4pm and another Wednesday, December 28th at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center in Owen from 11:30am-5:30pm.
