Wisconsin DNR Recommends Raising State Park Admission and Camping Fees

(AP) -The state Department of Natural Resources recommends lawmakers raise state park admission and camping fees as well as consider selling naming rights to park facilities to fill a $1.4 million hole in the state parks account.The recommendations have reignited arguments from Democrats that the DNR is pricing people out of the parks after a round of fee increases in the last state budget.
