(AP) -U.S. Rep. Ron Kind, of Wisconsin, is refusing to say whether he voted for Nancy Pelosi to return as House minority leader.Pelosi was re-elected Wednesday on a secret ballot with 134 House Democrats in favor and 63 voting for Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan. Kind's spokeswoman Amanda Sherman says Kind won't say who he backed because "this is exactly the type of inside Washington politics that Wisconsinites are sick of hearing about."
Kind instead says in a statement that he's focused on "how we can come together to create good paying jobs especially in the areas that lag behind the rest of the country." Kind represents western Wisconsin. The state's two other Democratic congressional members, Mark Pocan and Gwen Moore, both voted for Pelosi.
