Clark County Board of Supervisors Approves County Aid for Bridge and Culvert Construction

-The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved several resolutions at their meeting last week.One resolution was the county aid bridge and culvert construction. The total amount comes to $165,000 with each township receiving a portion of that money. The board also approved a resolution authorizing the payment of Wisconsin Counties Association Dues. The cost for this year is $6,436. They also approved a resolution committing fund balances for special revenue accounts. This includes accounts like economic development, computer equipment, senior community resources and more.
Finally, the board approved selling some county land in the Town of Foster, Rock Dam. The first was .57 acres on Lakeside Road. The anticipated revenue is $35,000. The next piece of land is in the same area. That’s 2.37 acres with anticipated revenue being $24,500. It’s a lower amount because it’s been 14 years since it was initially offered for sale.
