Clark County Sheriff's Department Assisting with Investigation in Withee

-The Clark County Sheriff’s Office was asked to assist the Owen-Withee Police Department in an investigation into the theft of money by an employee of Don Schindler’s Accounting and Tax Service in Withee.The employee was Kim Poirier, age 42. Poirier worked for Schindler’s business from 2009 until 2015. Poirier is currently the owner of KP’s Accounting, Withee. On Tuesday November 8th, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 801 Division Street in the Village of Withee; the warrant was conducted to obtain further evidence.
No arrests have been made and the case is still under investigation.
