Minnesota Woman Charged with Sexual Assault in Clark County

-A Minnesota woman charged with two counts of sexual assault in Marathon County has been charged for the same incident here in Clark County.According to court records, the 36-year-old woman from La Crescent, Minnesota befriended a 15-year-old boy who lived near Spencer. The woman met the boy after he and the woman’s daughter became friends. The boy’s mother began to notice he was acting strange around the woman and the boy admitted to his mother that he and the woman had sex on four occasions between May and June.
The woman has been charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child and has a $50,000 cash bond set against her in Marathon County and she scheduled to be in court today for a plea hearing. Court records show that she’s also been charged with sexual assault of a child here in Clark County and will have her initial appearance on November 2nd.
