Red Cross Blood Drive in Neillsville Collects 83 Pints of Blood

-The Red Cross Blood Drive held in Neillsville on Monday at the American Legion succeeded in collecting 83 pints of blood.Appreciation is extended to the many caring donors and volunteers with the community. The blood collected could help save the lives of over 259 patients in need.
Of those giving blood, 21 gallons was given by Rosemary Murphy, 11 by Chuck Urban, 9 by Andrew Schwartz and Jeff Hanson, 8 by Carol Milligan and Julie Rasmussen, 7 by Nicki Halvorson, 6 by Diane Opelt and Catherine Winter, 3 by Roger Foemmel, 2 by Christ Hershberger and 1 by Linus Nolt. First time donors included Diane Gaede, Colleen Ringler, Owen Miller and Melvin Stutzman.
