Osseo Woman Arrested for 5th OWI

-An Osseo woman was arrested for her 5th OWI on Monday.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, they found 44-year-old Melinda Lee sleeping in her vehicle on Highway 10 in the Town of Garfield. Deputies say she appeared to be under the influence when they woke her.

Lee failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
