Very little work was done to the building the moved into located on Hewett Street.
Brenda: "It was pretty much set. We just painted a few walls."
Kristine: "They put in all new carpeting for us upstairs in our classroom which made a big difference."
Kristine talked about the services they offer.
"We offer a wide range of bulk fabrics, mostly cottons and flannels including Moda and Riley Blake lines. We also have sewing notions and pre-cuts and patterns. But our big thing that we're offering the community are classes. We have classes for all skill levels and all ages. Our first class is coming up next weekend and it's actually a youth class. So, getting the youth of the community involved as well."
