Cadott Man Arrested in Clark County for 6th OWI
Tuesday, September 27th, 2016 -- 1:10 PM
-On Saturday, September 24th, at 9:08 PM, deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office stopped 42-year-old Michael Hazard Sr. of Cadott for traveling 78 mph in a 55 mph zone on CTH O, in Clark County.In the vehicle with Michael was his 10 year old child. Michael admitted to drinking and had an odor of an intoxicant on his breath. He tried to perform standardized field sobriety exercises but failed. He was then arrested for 6th Offense OWI with having a passenger under the age of 16 in the vehicle.
At this time the Clark County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation and awaiting Michael’s blood results.
