Security Health Plan Names Assistant Manager of Customer Service Department

-Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Wendy Rindfleisch of Stratford assistant manager of its Customer Service Department.Her duties will include maintaining awareness of current topics and changes to health care plans, and helping customer service representatives share information with members. Rindfleisch has worked at Security Health Plan for six years, most recently as Customer Service team lead, where she was involved with Customer Service training.
A Stratford native, Rindfleisch earned an associate degree in human services and a certificate in psychology from Northcentral Technical College in Wausau. Rindfleisch began at Security Health Plan as a customer service representative, moving up to benefits specialist and team leader. Previously, she assisted patients at Marshfield Clinic with tasks such as application for financial assistance.
