Employment Matters at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.The board approved a list of 30 volunteers and accepted the resignation of Brittany Acker. They also approved the employment of Tara Busse in the middle school, Keisha Vehrs in grade 2, Jessica Borowski as a 4K assistant, Sue Felhofer as part-time food service, Dolores Horn as a part-time office assistant, and Marilyn Ramseier as a part-time LMC Specialist. The board also approved the employment of substitute employees including Greg Kaster, Marsha Brey, James Meyer, Jeff Trunkel, and Hannah Olson as teachers and Betty Jovilette and Renee Myers in Food Service.
Finally, “Thank You” letters will be sent to the Greenwood Lions Club for the $2000 donation to the Outdoor Classroom Project, Linda Fravert and Tara and Shane Halopka for the donation of school supplies to the Middle/High School, the YES committee for a donation to Megan’s Fund and Tera Horvath who received funding for ergonomic chairs from DonorsChose.org.
