Black River Falls Man Enters Pleas for Possession Charges

-A Black River Falls man arrested after a controlled law enforcement drug buy back in July entered pleas to the charges against him in Jackson County Court on Tuesday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, they executed a search warrant at a home in July and arrested Charles Butterfield. During the search, they found two handguns, 151 grams of marijuana, meth, meth paraphernalia and other drug paraphernalia.
Butterfield been charged with manufacture/deliver THC, possession with intent-THC, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a firearm-convicted of a felony and 4 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He entered not guilty pleas to all the charges.
