MMC Mingle Event Set to Be A Hit

On September 8th, a very special event will take place in Neillsville. This event will bring the flare of Mardi Gras and masquerades an evening filled with dancing, music, and entertainment right to the center of town.The Memorial Medical Center Foundation will present Mingle at the Clark Cultural Arts Center (CART) beginning at 5:30 p.m. “The Weapons of Brass Destruction” consisting of an 11 piece Jazz band out of Eau Claire, will perform at the event. Ticket holders will be treated to a night of dancing, raffles, auction items, and fine food from area restaurants, all New Orleans themed. Ticket holders are encouraged, although not required, to dress the part. Many participants are getting their masks and capes ready for the big event.
The main raffle that will be given away (to those that purchase a ticket) at the event will be a week vacation to Hawaii, including accommodations at a resort in a two bedroom condo, and $1,500.00 to cover the cost of travel. The resort condo was donated to the Medical Center by Dr. Sharon Hayward and her family.
