Black River Falls Woman Arrested for Burglary Sentenced in Jackson County Court

-One of the people from Black River Falls, who were arrested for burglary in April, appeared in Jackson County Court for sentencing on Monday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, Leonard Boardman and Donna Deloske were arrested after they allegedly triggered an alarm inside a garage as they were trying to burglarize a home. Officers arrested Boardman and a K-9 located Deloske a short while later.
Deloske pleaded guilty to a possession charge in another case and pleaded guilty to a bail jumping charge in this case. The remaining charges were dismissed and read in. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 4 years’ probation along with 100 hours of community service. She’s also not allowed to have any contact with Boardman. Back in May, Boardman was sentenced to 4 years in prison and 4 years of extended supervision.
