The council also heard the committee reports from the various committee meetings held in Neillsville the past couple weeks. They heard the report from the Historic Preservation Commission meeting held on July 13th. This was the meeting where the commission asked to have the Christmas decorations turned on the day after Thanksgiving for the Christmas Tour of Historic Homes. They also discussed the Historic Architectural Brochures. They are completed and they’ve received a lot of good feedback. They’ll be sending a brochure to the owners of each property in the brochure. They also discussed the 2017 calendar.
