Black River Falls Woman Sentenced for Possession

-A Black River Falls woman was sentenced for possession in Jackson County Court on Monday.During a routine home visit, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office discovered meth and drug paraphernalia at the home of 50-year-old Sandra Smith. Smith was under electronic monitoring after being sentenced for possession of methamphetamine back in December of 2014.
Smith entered a guilty plea to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed and read in. She was sentenced to 3 years’ probation.
