Marshfield School Board Considering Another Referendum

(WDLB) -Marshfield's Board of Education is looking at the possibility of putting another operational override referendum before voters this fall.Before their regular monthly meeting last night, board members discussed the referendum possibility during a special meeting. Business manager Pat Saucermann said the general consensus of the board was that a referendum was needed, and then discussions focused on how much and for how long.
The board took no formal action pertaining to the referendum last night. Saucermann said he anticipates a special meeting in early August, to start the process of gearing up for a November referendum during the presidential election.
