Black River Falls Man Arrested for 6th OWI Found Incompetent

-A Black River Falls man arrested for his 6th OWI back in March has been found incompetent.According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 47-year-old Robert Wilkinson was pulled over for speeding on I-94 back in March of this year. Wilkinson failed the field sobriety tests and it was discovered that he was using a revoked license.
During a status conference on Monday, he was found incompetent and will be held in abeyance. His case will be re-evaluated at 90 day intervals within 30 days of release. His court proceedings have been suspended for now.
