Nurse Fired From Marshfield Nursing Home for Taping a Confused Resident

-A nurse has been fired from a Marshfield nursing home after videotaping a confused, elderly resident and showing it to her co-workers.According to the Marshfield Police Department, the nurse at the Golden Living-Three Oaks in Marshfield recorded an elderly woman who was confused and talking strangely. When the Director of Nursing at the facility learned of the video, she called the police department. The nurse admitted to an officer that she took the video.
The facility fired the nurse and the family of the patient was satisfied with the firing and decided not to press charges against the nurse.
