Minnesota Woman Charged with Sexual Assault

-A Minnesota woman has been charged with two counts of sexual assault in Marathon County Court.According to court records, the 36-year-old woman from La Crescent, Minnesota befriended a 15-year-old boy who lived near Spencer. The woman met the boy after he and the woman’s daughter became friends. The boy’s mother began to notice he was acting strange around the woman and the boy admitted to his mother that he and the woman had sex on four occasions between May and June.
The woman has been charged with sexual assault and had a $50,000 cash bond set against her. She’s also not allowed to have any contact with the victim and she’ll be back in court next week for a preliminary hearing.
