Person Arrested in Black River Falls for Drug Use has Charges Dismissed

-One of three people arrested for drug use at a truck stop in Black River Falls had the charges against him dismissed in Jackson County Court.Back in April, police received reports of an intoxicated driver at the Flying J Truck Stop around 2:45 in the morning. When they arrived they searched the suspects’ car after smelling marijuana. They found meth, oxycodone and marijuana.
The three suspects, Damion Palms, Sashal Hollencamp and Travis Towne were arrested and they have several, similar charges against them including possession of meth, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC and more. Palms had four possession charges filed against him. Three were dismissed and read in and the fourth had a deferred judgement ordered as part of a plea deal.
