Committee Reports from Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard several reports during their meeting on Tuesday.They heard the Public Works Report. The usual amount of work was done in the city the past couple weeks. They also heard the Heritage Days Committee Reports from June 16th and 23rd. They heard updates on Miss Neillsville, updates on signs and banners, Heritage Days shirts, movie night, pottery, kids games, the golf outing and more. They also heard the Community Fire Hall Board Report. They heard about mowing and the new insurance quote of $1,248.
Finally, the council heard the Planning Commission Report. More discussion was had about the band shelter in Schuster Park and the Dog Park. They also heard the Historic Preservation Commission Report from June 22nd. The Historic Architectural Brochure was accepted with some changes and billing for the brochures was also approved.
