Winners of the 55th Annual June Dairy Month Contest

-The winners of the 55th Annual June Dairy Month Recipe Contest were selected on Wednesday evening at the Loyal City Hall.There were 13 entries for the difficult category of Dinner Casseroles. There were ten winners with the top three being Diana Schuette with her Party Ham Casserole, Lois Becker with her Everyday Lasagna and Mary Ann Olson with her Favorite Company Casserole.
This event is put on by the Clark County Dairy Promotion Committee and they haven’t set a date or category for next year’s event. For those interested, later this month the recipes from the contest will be available from the Clark County UW-Extension Office.
