Withee Woman Sentenced for Possession and Child Neglect

-A Withee woman arrested in Waupaca County for narcotics and child neglect was sentenced in Waupaca County Court earlier this month.On December 5th of 2015, authorities were dispatched to the Comfort Suites in Waupaca for a report of an overdose. When authorities arrived, they discovered Matthew Faude trying to revive Danielle Giwojna. She was revived and taken to the hospital. Both Faude and Giwonja admitted to using heroin. They also reported that their 2-year-old son was in the room or in another room when they were doing drugs.
Giwonja was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possess/illegally obtained prescription and neglecting a child. Two other possession charges were dismissed and read in. She was sentenced to 2 years’ probation and owes the courts $352. Faude was sentenced earlier this month to 1 year probation.
