Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Lawn Mower Fire

The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a lawn mower fire yesterday afternoon.

According to the department, they received a call of a lawn mower fire just after 5pm at W5871 Pine Creek Road in the Township of Weston.  A lawn mower had caught fire and was next to an LP tank and shed.

The lawn mower was a total loss and the shed did receive some minor damage near a corner.  The department was on scene for 1.5 hours, they had no injuries on their part, and they received no mutual aid.
