Augusta Man Arrested for Possession of Marijuana Plants

An Augusta man is facing charges after marijuana plants were discovered at his home.

The plants were discovered because there was a fire at the home of 29-year-old Donnie Plamp in the Town of Bridge Creek.  Fire crews told authorities they discovered the plants in the home.  When asked about, Plamp said they were for personal use.

Investigators also found 290 grams of marijuana leaves and a pipe that tested positive for meth.  Plamp is facing charges manufacturing THC and possession with intent to deliver.  He’s scheduled for a court appearance on June 10th.
