Bench Warrant Issued For Man Arrested in Owen

A bench warrant was issued for man arrested in Owen, at the end of October 2015, for failing to appear in court.On Friday, October 30th of 2015, at about 7:40am, the Clark County Sheriff's Office with the Owen Police Department executed a search warrant at 504 N. Paul Ave. in the City of Owen. Brian R. Peo and Charles W. Lewallen were arrested as a result of the investigation. Brian and Charles also had warrants for their arrest.
Peo was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday for a plea hearing, but he didn’t show. He’s been charged with possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lewallen was sentenced back in January and he was sentenced to 2 years' extended supervision and 3 years' probation. He also had an imposed and stayed prison sentence of 1 year and 6 months which means he'll serve that time if he fails at any conditions of his probation. As part of his probation, he was sentenced to 75 days in jail.
