Neillsville Graduate Doing Tours at NASA's Johnson Space Center, Part 4

-A Neillsville graduate is making his community proud at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.Nick Thoma is a 2013 graduate of Neillsville High School who’s currently attending UW-Madison and doing tours at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Nick has only completed his first tour, but he was already selected as the recipient of the Pathways Intern Award.
"Yeah, that's kinda funny how that worked out. My first tour over in Mission Ops, I started up a couple different projects that, I guess, are going to be pretty important for the Orion and Bowing vehicles. It ended up working out well. I kinda laid some ground work for the directorate to get going on some of these different projects that need to get going over the next couple years. So, they're pretty happy about that and it all worked out."
Coming up on Friday, Nick will talk about where his time at the Space Center will take him.
