Neillsville School Board Hears Administrators Report, May 2016

The Neillsville School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting on Monday.Elementary Principal Tim Rueth reported on attendance; May 19th was the second grade’s trip to the public library; May 25th is the second grade’s trip to the airport, the Street Department, and Wildwood Zoo; and May 25th is the third grade’s trip to Beaver Creek; May 26th is the fourth grade’s trip to the to Paul Bunyan Logging Camp and Chippewa Valley Museum; May 27th being 4K graduation and the 5K’s trip to the park. He also stated that June 1st is the last day of school; June 13th is the start of summer school; July 8th is the end of summer school; and the elementary school webpage is updated daily.
High School Principal Craig Anderson reported on attendance; May 6th was the seventh grade field trip to Festival of Nations; May 16th was the eighth grade fieldtrip to Madison; May 18th was the Scholarships presentation; the seventh graders “penny war”; a high school physics competition update and a State Forensics competition update. He also talked about an FCCLA update; a prom update; May 24th is the last full day for seniors; May 25th is the senior class banquet; May 28th is Graduation; May 31st is the eighth grade promotion ceremony; a scheduling update; and a staffing update.
