Memorial Medical Center Foundation's Healthy Aging Expo, Part 2

-The Memorial Medical Center Foundation, BMO Harris Bank, Gesche Funeral Home and Marshfield Monuments have teamed up for a Health Aging Expo being held on Wednesday, May 4th at the Neillsville American Legion from 10am-3pm.I spoke with Shelley Janke, Vice President and Executive Director of the Memorial Medical Center Foundation, and she talked about the businesses that will be at the expo.
"First and foremost, this event is being co-sponsored by BMO Harris Bank, Gesche Funeral Home and Marshfield Monuments. So, those three organizations will be present. And we have 21 vendors that are going to be at this event. Some of them that people can expect to see are the Veteran's Administration Office for people that might have questions about their veteran's benefits. Interfaith is going to be there. We are going to have massage therapy from TLC Wellness. The County Aging Office will be present to talk about medicare/medicaid issues they might face. ARC, which makes the walk-in showers and different things that help people as they age, as well as a lot of for-profit entities. We have several banks that will be present, financial planners and medical professionals."
Coming up on Tuesday, we’ll hear about some of the activities going on at the expo.
