Neillsville Laundromat Has Unusual Early Morning Customer

-The Gross Maytag Laundromat had an unusual early morning customer yesterday.Around 6:10am on Wednesday morning, Neillsville Police Officer Jason King was dispatched to the laundromat building because of a deer inside. According to a witness, the deer had crossed the road in front of a vehicle, nearly getting hit, and then rolled into the parking lot before running in the door.
When Officer King arrived, he propped the door open with a garbage can and tried to wrangle the deer out, but it jumped through a window, breaking it, and ran off. Officer King did notice some blood and hair on the floor of the laundromat, but the deer seemed unhurt overall.
