Neillsville Woman Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine

-A Neillsville woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine back in March.According to a report from the Neillsville Police Department, on March 30th, Officer Jason King arrested 31-year old Ashley McGargill of Neillsville for a drug-related OWI (Methamphetamine) Offense. The vehicle was seized by the Department and a Search Warrant was conducted the following day where drug evidence was recovered.
McGargill has since been charged with several offenses including: OWI, Refusal to Take Test for Intoxication, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Bail Jumping, and Obstructing an Officer. She’ll be in court for an initial appearance at the beginning of May.
