Healthy Aging Expo Coming to the Neillsville American Legion May 4th

-The Memorial Medical Center Foundation, BMO Harris Bank, Gesche Funeral Home, and Marshfield Monuments have teamed up to offer our community another great event which will be free to the public.The Healthy Aging Expo will be held on May 4th at the American Legion from 10:00 a.m. ??" 3:00 p.m. The Expo is a wonderful opportunity to meet with experts in several different areas that can help make the aging process easier. No matter what age you are, participants will walk away from the expo gaining knowledge on such areas as estate planning, estate planning and will preparation, medical issues, treatment options including massage therapy and chiropractic, financial planning, charitable giving, and more! Door prizes will be given throughout the day from the expo vendors.
The event will be open house format. Participants will get the chance to visit with area experts at individual booths. At the current time, 19 area businesses are participating in the expo. In addition to the day’s events at the expo, guest speakers will also be presenting on select topics over the lunch hour. A light lunch will be offered to all participants on a first come-first serve basis (free will offering will be accepted but is not required for lunch). Speakers and times include Dr. Tim Meyer from 12:15-12:45 who will discuss medical issues we face as we age and Attorney Amy Eddy from 12:45-1:15 who will give an overview of estate planning.
