Barn Fire Off Highway 98 Between Greenwood and Loyal Early Sunday Morning

-There was a barn fire off of Highway 98 between Greenwood and Loyal early Sunday morning.The fire occurred on Cardinal Avenue off Highway 98. The barn, the cattle inside and the other contents of the barn are considered a total loss. Seven fire departments responded to the fire including Loyal, Owen-Withee-Curtiss, Greenwood, Spencer, Granton and Neillsville.
The barn was owned by James Schweers of Greenwood.
