No Special Meeting Needed for Owen-Withee School Board

-The Owen-Withee School Board decided a special meeting isn’t needed for reorganization purposes.After discussion and review of the legal requirements for administering the oath of office and the reorganization of the board, it was decided that no special board meeting would be necessary to do this. Board officers will be elected and committee appointments will be made at the May regular meeting.
Also, Rick Eloranta was unanimously voted as the CESA 10 Annual Meeting delegate for the District. Mr. Eloranta will attend the annual meeting on August 4 in Chippewa Falls. Finally, due to a conflict with the spring band concert on May 9, the board unanimously approved starting the May 9 regular board meeting at 6:00 PM.
