Black River Falls Man Arrested for 5th OWI

-A Black River Falls man was arrested this past weekend for his 5th OWI.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy on patrol Saturday night, just before midnight, saw a vehicle traveling towards him in his lane of traffic. Both vehicles stopped to avoid an accident.
29-year-old Matthew Stensven showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking before driving. He refused to participate in a field sobriety test and was arrested.
